Bi-Weekly Status Reports

Overview

This page is your go-to source for bi-weekly status reports summarizing our progress, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones. These reports are designed to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the duration of the engagement.

Each report captures:

  • Key activities completed since the last update

  • In-progress tasks and milestones

  • Any emerging challenges or blockers

  • Planned actions for the next reporting period

Reporting Frequency

Status reports are published every two weeks and shared with the project sponsor, PMO, and other key stakeholders. These updates are also reviewed during our regular project check-ins.

What to Expect in Each Report

Each status update includes the following sections:

✅ Completed Tasks

  • A snapshot of recent progress—whether it's stakeholder sessions, data reviews, or draft deliverables.

🔄 In Progress

  • Key tasks that are underway with estimated completion dates.

⚠️ Blockers or Issues

  • Any risks or issues that could affect the timeline or quality of deliverables. These will include action steps or support requests, if needed.

🔜 Next Steps

  • A preview of what’s coming next in the engagement.
