Project Overview

The focus this week shifted to operationalizing the next round of stakeholder engagement and refining project deliverables. The team completed all activities for the IT Leadership ThinkSpace sessions and fully documented their findings, freeing up capacity for upcoming faculty/staff/student outreach. Planning and logistics have accelerated, with task assignments for individual interviews, in-person session scheduling, and supporting communications. Documentation review for infrastructure benchmarking is underway, and coordination between Beyond and CSN continues to tighten.

What Has Been Accomplished So Far

Key Achievements and Goals:
  • IT Leadership Stakeholder Engagement: Successfully completed the design, scheduling, facilitation, and documentation of the IT Leadership ThinkSpace session. Insights were gathered and summarized for leadership review.
