Welcome to the NSHE Optimized Student Technology Roadmap microsite. This is your central hub for information, collaboration, and engagement as we work together to transform the digital experience for students and staff across the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE).
Why We’re Doing This Project
NSHE is committed to remaining on the PeopleSoft platform for at least the next five years. To maximize its effectiveness and ensure a seamless, student-centered experience, we are identifying and prioritizing opportunities to optimize the system and related processes. This project is about moving from “we’re stuck” to “let’s innovate with PeopleSoft”—empowering everyone to achieve operational excellence and student success.
Purpose of This Engagement
Our goal is to uncover insights from across NSHE’s institutions—from leadership to frontline staff—and use these to develop a comprehensive roadmap for optimizing student technology. By leveraging modern optimization strategies, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making, we aim to enhance the PeopleSoft platform, streamline workflows, and support the long-term goals of NSHE.
